Hi there,I noticed you were using the book "Small Batch Preserving" - it is one of my favourites!!I love reading your blog, and I love that you stand for everything local, organic and natural. I draw inspiration from your blog posts and literally go running into the garden to plant, tend or harvest something every time I see the garden pictures.
