Breezy summer dress project

Hot weather is here to stay, and it seemed time to make a new sundress.  This was a very quick sewing project that took less than an hour on a quiet evening...a simple girls sundress, made in the easy "pillowcase dress" style (although this was not made from an old pillowcase, but rather from a lovely piece of owls-in-the-forest patterned cloth a friend just picked out for me at Greenwood Quiltery in Guelph)...and the off-cuts, not to be wasted, made a little sundress for the favourite doll too.
